Rachel, the girl I used to be an au pair for in Chicago and who I am going to see in 2 weeks for her graduation party called me yesterday. She had a lot of stomach aches lately. Wednesday her mom took her to the ER. They did a CAT Scan. And they found a 5cm tumor in her liver. They don’t know anything yet. She had an MRI done last night and she is going to see a liver specialist this week.

Excuse my language, but what the fuck is wrong with this world?

My baby just graduated high school.
It’s the Summer before she goes away to college.
She should be having the time of her life right now.
She’s only 18!!
